In this example we will make a 6 around sample piece. The pattern is nothing fancy but does show where the natural step up occurs and gives some insight for: “Tubular Spiraling Brick Stitch”.
Once you get going (Row 3) the Spiraling is continuous. No stopping or starting of each row. Brick Stitch 1 bead at a time continuously. First we must adjust the pattern to get a clear view of our bead layout for this Base Row technique. This example is for making a continuous pattern (should you decide to make a seamless rope or bracelet).
The Brick stitch method does not produce the exact texture of crochet.. but it might be an option for those who can or choose not to crochet.
