All the shiny, dangly things and a real tree! The cats just knew Christmas was for them and they wanted to HELP! Miss Winter, a visiting cat friend, put on her elf hat and collar and held a poinsetta ornament. Treat, resplendant in his Santa hat and the red collar that so nicely compliments his black fur, was hanging ornaments (he SAID he was hanging them anyway) when Kittibits decided that what the tree really needed was a big fluffy golden tabby cat angel perched on the top. Then Treat had to jump atop a present and wildly scramble to hold the tree up while Kittibits, no featherweight, bent it double with his angelic antics.
You may do this pattern as shown for a flat peyote pendant or do a plain back or repeat the pattern on the back and do it in tubular peyote. The earrings may be done as shown in peyote stitch (the blank white line indicates where the fringe starts) or turned sideways and woven in brick stitch. A palette with bead colors, counts, and a few of the many possible delica numbers you could use for each is included on page 3.
